And the answer what i came across was - that they simply hide from other ...hide their feelings and r afraid to express them....they take happenings around them too serious and lose the ability to play light...they think too much before to act ...and act on impulse too seldom or never...
Its truly hard for me to be in a bad mood or worry about processes, elements that i truly cannt influence or change...its not worth that...life is too short to spoil our days and look on our lifes with anger or frustrtion...
When we open up to people that we trust, we let them enter our lives... yet the foundation of relationships may differ for both involved...and it is as personal and different as we as individuals are unique. After all, its just a matter of how u choose to open to people and the expectations or assumptions that they create towards/about u and also on the person himself.
To be able to express what we really feel for someone is not easy...yet it should be so...
Have u ever thought about it this way... It's OK to simply state - i love u, if you feel like saying it...
I know the difference between saying it playfully and seriously. And if i don't... well, that's MY problem of course - not urs. I know people sometimes really mean well by not saying it...and i know some dont understand the difference between play and forever... Maybe someday u'll understand what i mean with that....

... how comes that ppl just get sad, depressed, get in their blues...without any obvious reason? In my experience, when people hide their feelings it is mainly because they don't trust them ... as to expressions of love, people may be playful or serious, but very few are confident, deep down, that they know what real love actually is.
I am pretty sure love is not what most people think it is: "love is not love which alters when it alteration finds ...", said Shakespeare. Most people wouldn't be able to relate to that.
