THE CUP OF HUMANITY

...The Philosophy of Tea is not mere aestheticism in the ordinary acceptance of the term, for it expresses conjointly with ethics and religion our whole point of view about man and nature. It is hygiene, for it enforces cleanliness; it is economics, for it shows comfort in simplicity rather than in the complex and costly; it is moral geometry, inasmuch as it defines our sense of proportion to the universe. It represents the true spirit of Eastern democracy by making all its votaries aristocrats in taste...

its an extract from my current reading which has changed my attitude towards the ritual of drinking tea...definitely suggest u to read it too ;)

Flucidity...is it really sth NEW?

What is Flucidity?

Flucidity is a new way of thinking. It is what scientists call a "theory of everything" except that unlike any grand theory it can actually be applied to everything, not just physics. It is also easy enough for anyone to understand and can even be used for the very simple as well as the very complex.

Flucidity is a completely ridiculous idea until you actually begin to use it. Its best feature is that it can be used by anyone, in minutes.

You can think of Flucidity as a language. We use language all the time to do everything from solving problems to developing relationships to making our lives better. We also have the language of life, made possible by just four letters of DNA. Flucidity is a language of languages, expressed in four simple "letters" called elements. Knowing how it works will enable you to achieve results limited only by your imagination.

Fantastic Adds II ...a great social campaign

"Whose that bag?

...It has been created by the Miami Ad School for the Transport of London, and it aims at encouraging people to report unusal behaviours they might happen to see on public transportation.

Click on the images to read the story they portrait, and think about the feelings they trigger in you. I must say my reaction has been of sadness and conscious awareness of the world we're living in. And it's weird that one has to use art and poetry to get people's attention on the dangers we might face and might help avoiding. Art and poetry should be used to celebrate love and happiness, not to force you to keep your eyes on your travel companion's bag. In any case, the ads are lovely..."

The instinct of self-preservation...is it really worth that...? Part I...

...today i have been thinking about why do ppl around sometimes feel hurt, even though there isnt any apparent reason to feel so... the same goes for feeling down ...how comes that ppl just get sad, depressed, get in their blues...without any obvious reason?

And the answer what i came across was - that they simply hide from other ...hide their feelings and r afraid to express them....they take happenings around them too serious and lose the ability to play light...they think too much before to act ...and act on impulse too seldom or never...

Its truly hard for me to be in a bad mood or worry about processes, elements that i truly cannt influence or change...its not worth that...life is too short to spoil our days and look on our lifes with anger or frustrtion...

When we open up to people that we trust, we let them enter our lives... yet the foundation
of relationships may differ for both involved...and it is as personal and different as we as individuals are unique. After all, its just a matter of how u choose to open to people and the expectations or assumptions that they create towards/about u and also on the person himself.

To be able to express what we really feel for someone is not easy...yet it should be so...

Have u ever thought about it this way... It's OK to simply state - i love u, if you feel like saying it...

I know the difference between saying it playfully and seriously. And if i don't... well, that's MY problem of course - not urs. I know people sometimes really mean well by not saying it...and i know some dont understand the difference between play and forever... Maybe someday u'll understand what i mean with that....

Continuation to be followed.... ;)

Love time or importance?

It doesnt happen every day that we get into those 3 amazing seconds (sure, sometimes they also happen to be the world thundering ones....yet this time about those amazing ones) which change ones world ...of course it is a bit exagurated...but still....there have been moments in my life which have turned around my world, some of my previously made perceptions about happenings, ppl around and myself...and u know what? looking back i cannt recall any of those moments which i would regret...

...and this time there were 3 sec and 3 words...and i seem to be confused...cannt really say that my world has change yet sth inside has for sure...

funny...this i kind of wasnt scheduled for today :P
